Water Heater Changeouts in Northwest Arkansas
Cold showers, hot water that runs out, a tank that has seen better days. We repair, replace and install water heaters, tank or tankless, across Northwest Arkansas.
Chapter 01
When the water heater is telling you it is done
Is your shower running cold? Tired of running out of hot water halfway through the morning? Those are the first signs most homeowners notice, and they are usually the moment to start asking whether the unit in your closet or garage still has a future.
There are quieter signs too. Rust-colored hot water, rumbling or popping from the tank, and moisture around the base all point to a unit near the end of its life. Water at the base deserves a close look: a tank that is leaking from the bottom is leaking from the inside, and that is a replacement, not a repair.
Not every cold shower means a new heater. Sometimes it is a repair or a flush, which is why the first step is always an inspection. And if the water on the floor turns out to come from a supply line or fitting instead of the tank, our leak detection crew can trace it before anyone swaps a unit that was never the problem.

Tank or tankless: choosing what goes on the wall
A tank unit stores heated water and keeps it ready. A tankless unit heats water as it flows. Tankless heaters provide endless hot water and are significantly more energy efficient than traditional tank models, which is why so many families in Rogers, Springdale, Bella Vista and Bentonville are asking about the upgrade.
Tankless is not a swap of one box for another. It needs gas piping and venting sized for the unit, isolation valves so it can be flushed later, and a drain pan underneath. The photos below show what that looks like on a finished wall: gas flex, valves and a drain pan, all within reach for the next service visit.
We assess your home's needs and recommend the ideal system for your family, then explain why. If you want to compare it with the rest of what we do around the house, the full list is on our services page.
